Gmail - Get Organized!

Week of April 22nd -  Gmail - Archive &Tasks

Get organized and de-clutter your inbox.  Go from hundreds (or more) of messages to zero in minutes!  Google allows you to archive--not delete--messages to keep your inbox tidy.

Use the Task feature in Gmail to create simple to-do lists.  Create lists, add tasks and email messages, add them to your calendar or delegate by emailing the list.  You will leave this session feeling refreshed and renewed!

Grademaster Datalink

Week of April 15th

Tests given on GradeMaster bubble sheets can be scanned into the Datalink application using Grademaster machines. There are several reports available within Datalink, and the data collected can be exported into Excel.  Datalink can also process forms to be used for data collection purposes only, such as ballots or surveys.

This Tech Talk will show you how to scan your tests directly into Datalink and run the different reports. Just a few samples of the available reports are linked below.

Sample Reports:

Google Circles and Hangouts

Week of April 8th

Create Circles in Google +  to make sharing with the appropriate groups of people much simpler.  Once you have created a circle, post information for certain circles or make them public.

Hangouts allow you to video chat, IM chat, watch YouTube videos together and collaborate live in Google Docs.
